• Refund for Incomplete Welcome Kit: If the Welcome Kit is not completed within 14 days, a 50% refund is available if requested within 15 days of purchase.
• Post-Consultation Modification: Dissatisfaction with the consultation (excluding personal preferences) allows for one modification based on your feedback. No refunds post-consultation completion.

• Rescheduling/Cancellation: Please reschedule or cancel appointments via our website at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellation Fee: 

• With 24-hour notice: Refund available minus a 20% processing fee.
• Less than 24-hour notice: No refund.

• Post-Consultation Satisfaction: Contact us within 30 days for revisions or a refund minus a 20% processing fee if unsatisfied (excluding personal preference).

• Payment Terms: 50% non-refundable deposit required upon contract signing, balance due upon completion.
• Refund Policy:

• No refunds after final payment.

• Cancellation Policy:

• Client Cancellation: Deposit forfeited if cancellation occurs after payment.
• Studio Cancellation: Full refund if commission cannot be completed.

• Return Policy: 7-day return policy for art prints from the receipt date. Email us to initiate the return process. Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and color variations due to RGB color space differences are not grounds for a refund.
• Shipping Policy:

• Art paper print processing: 5-7 business days.
• Acrylic/metal print processing: 10-14 business days.
• We ensure the safe delivery of your artwork with quality packaging and secure shipping methods.

Ownership and copyright of commissioned artwork are retained by Dr. Stacey Denise unless otherwise agreed in writing. Written permission is required for exhibition, loan, or reproduction of the artwork.

The contract is governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
